The Everyday Organiser
Effective April 2019

The Everyday Organiser minimum order is $100 + shipping for all new orders.
All orders must be submitted in writing via email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
The Everyday Organiser orders must be pre-paid via proforma invoice; we are not able to offer accounts. We accept credit card (Stripe) or direct bank payments. You will be emailed the invoice after placing an order via email. Goods will be held for 21 days pending payment. Please note that we only hold limited stock so all orders will be held for a maximum of 21 days before being reallocated to another stockist. No orders will be posted until full payment is received.
Delivery and time frames will be determined at the time an order is placed. This can be anywhere between 2 – 6 weeks, although we aim to deliver within 2 weeks. An estimated of delivery time frame will be provided once an order is placed and you will be updated throughout. If you require delivery by a certain date please discuss this when placing your order.
Approval is needed before becoming a stockist of The Everyday Organiser. This allows us to determine the proximity of your store to other stockists in the area. Proximity and exclusivity will be evaluated case by case and a number of factors will be considered. If you don’t place a re-order within 6 months The Everyday Organiser will consider the stockist time to be lapsed and exclusivity will be void.
All prices are listed in Australian dollars. We reserve the right to alter prices listed at any time unless prior invoiced. All goods come with a RRP and goods must not be priced under or over this amount to ensure consistency for customers.
All designs on this website are protected by Australian and International Copyright Laws.
Use of this site and its contents grants no rights to you in relation to any copyright, designs, trade marks and all other intellectual property relating to the products and any other items on this site.
Copyright and Images
This website is owned by The Everyday Organiser (ABN: 26 981 495 518), and subject to copyright. If you would like to use any of our images for promotional purposes you must be an approved stockist first. Once approved, you may use any images on The Everyday Organiser website, emails, and social media channels.
Sales Outlets/ Website and online sales
You are only authorised to sell through the retail store that you listed on your initial application to The Everyday Organiser at the address given. Secondary stores must receive prior approval. Website and online sales must have prior approval by The Everyday Organiser. Even if your retail store has online sales attached you must receive separate approval for both outlets. The Everyday Organiser does not allow its products to be sold at online auction sites or through markets without written permission via email.
Any problems must be reported in writing or by email within 10 days of receipt. Please do not return goods before contacting email@example.com for instructions. Should we ask you to return goods you must obtain a postage receipt and that will be credited to you.
The Everyday Organiser products may have slight variances for handmade items or items with natural fibres or materials. There may be slight differences in colour due to this nature, the buyer accepts this when the order is placed. It will not be considered a fault and therefore no credit will be issued.
Special orders or custom orders placed to The Everyday Organiser are non-refundable and the balance must be paid before manufacture commences.
Any personal information that you provide to us, including your name, address, telephone number and email address will be treated confidentially and will not be released, sold or rented to any entities or individuals outside of The Everyday Organiser. We do however reserve the right to list your store’s contact details in listed stockists on our website or to provide these details to a potential customer upon request. We do not collect or record any credit card details you may provide when purchasing products from The Everyday Organiser. Your credit card details are securely passed to and processed by our Payment Processor, Stripe. SECTION 1 – WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?
When you purchase something from The Everyday Organiser, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.
When you browse our website, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.
Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.
SECTION 2 – CONSENT
How do you get my consent?
When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.
If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no or opt out.
How do I withdraw my consent?
If after you opt-in, you change your mind, you may withdraw your consent for us to contact you, for the continued collection, use or disclosure of your information, at anytime, by contacting us at email@example.com.
SECTION 3 – DISCLOSURE
We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.
SECTION 5 – THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.
However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions.
For these providers, we recommend that you read their privacy policies so you can understand the manner in which your personal information will be handled by these providers.
In particular, remember that certain providers may be located in or have facilities that are located a different jurisdiction than either you or us. So if you elect to proceed with a transaction that involves the services of a third-party service provider, then your information may become subject to the laws of the jurisdiction(s) in which that service provider or its facilities are located.
As an example, if you are located in Canada and your transaction is processed by a payment gateway located in the United States, then your personal information used in completing that transaction may be subject to disclosure under United States legislation, including the Patriot Act.
When you click on links on our store, they may direct you away from our site. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites and encourage you to read their privacy statements.
SECTION 6 – SECURITY
To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.
If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with a AES-256 encryption. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.
If our store is acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that we may continue to sell products to you.
